Machining :

We have 50 nos. primary machines consisting of CNC automats, Swiss made sliding head automats, Traub and supporting machines like Thread Roll forming, Milling, knurling & Centerless Grinding. We also have developed several SPM’s for specific operations. Machine capacity ranges from 1.5 mm to 60 mm diameter. Weights of our products range from 0.15 grms. To 300 grms. At present we machine Brass, Stainless Steel, Aluminum and copper alloys from extruded Bars. Our system is DIN, IS, SIC & JIS standards compliant.

Finishing / Post processes :

In-house cleaning - finishing process is carried out in dust free room using Vibro Finishing / Deburring, Ultra sonic cleaning, and specially developed cleaning processes which guaranty FM contamination below 0.30 mm particle size. We were specially awarded for our cleaning performance by a Japanese company making ultra precision products.
